We can also set up a time to view your property to discuss rental rates, give you an idea of the market and answer any other questions you may have.
Current credit reports will be checked along with verification of income. Checks on landlord references as well as criminal background history will be made.
We conduct 3 types of inspections on your property. The first inspection is at the time of move in. We then will conduct periodic inspections during the lease. The final inspection happens at move out.
Monthly reports will be available through owner portal between the 15th-20th of each month. We will notify you via email when statements are ready to be viewed. We can mail your funds directly with the statement or direct deposit your check monthly. We will also include Year end statements and 1099 Misc. Income statements.
